01Agreement

These terms apply when you visit ps5emulator.net or download and use Vesper. By doing either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the app.

02What Vesper is

Vesper is independent emulation software for Windows: a PlayStation 5 emulator and launcher for Windows PC. You install it with the Windows installer from this site and use it to play PlayStation 5 games you already own on your PC. Vesper doesn't include, sell, or distribute games, game files, or other copyrighted content.

03Your games, your responsibility

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any game or content you open with Vesper, and for following the laws that apply where you live, including copyright law.

Don't use this website or our services to share copyrighted material you don't have the rights to.

04Early software

Vesper is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and results vary by game and hardware. We may release updates at any time.

05License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Vesper for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Redistribute Vesper, or modified builds of it, as official releases.
• Use Vesper or this website to distribute malware or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our services.

06No affiliation and trademarks

Vesper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment or any other platform holder. Product names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

07Third-party services

This site serves its own pages, images, and installer download. If we link to or embed third-party services in the future, their own terms and policies will apply to those parts.

08No warranty

Vesper and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ps5emulator.net and the people behind Vesper aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site or the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

10Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or Vesper after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
